FraudView™ is a comprehensive real-time fraud management system that gathers information about calls, both in real time and offline and compares them to fraudulent scenarios established within specified filter parameters, subscriber profiles and customized thresholds.

When defined thresholds are reached, an alert is automatically created and the appropriate intervention is triggered, according to the carrier's chosen parameters. Filters may include real-time intervention, while a call is in progress and/or off-line. The FraudView™ database contains a history of all call records, which is continually compared with incoming data. This database is stored on the Central Computer. Thresholds can be set according to the time interval and count, as well as sum or average of multiple calls.

FraudView™ gathers an almost unlimited number of parameters based on CDR Fields and/ or SS#7 signaling and voice links (out-of-band and in-band information). Operators can select and combine parameters to create customized filters and thresholds that instantly detect and prevent fraud. Based on a Service Creation Environment (SCE) structure, FraudVie assures easy and flexible updates of filters and components, thereby providing the tools necessary to successfully ward off existing and future fraud methods
