Job Descriptions
To lead and manage a group of engineers for Network planning, interaction with customers, need management skills, managerial role, Technical knowledge must, minimum experience should be 3 years.

Experience Required: 5+ years. At least 3 years' relevant experience in Telco Industry

Responsibilities
Should have strong RF knowledge & well versed with at least one of the technology - GSM, CDMA & GPRS in the area of coverage & capacity planning.

Should have relevant work experience in.

     • Link budget / Interference / Drive test analysis
     • CW Model tuning
     • Nominal Planning/ Site Selection process
     • Coverage / Capacity / Traffic Dimensioning / Frequency planning including Frequency hopping in case of GSM systems
     • Generating planning process & documentation
     • Presenting the results to the customer
     • Independent, self-motivated & hard working
     • Computer literate & good interpersonal skills
     • Ease in dealing with all levels of people (e.g. senior managers, sub-contractors & engineers)

Eligibility

     • Batchelor's Degree in Engineering
     • Post Graduation will be advantageous
     • Fundamental of RF Knowledge
